We purchased a fixer upper and that is an understatement! Emerald City Construction transformed our house from “what have we done” to a beautiful, modern, warm exceptional home! Carlos and his crew worked meticulously from corner to corner (including the outdoor siding and decks) helping us transform a tired rundown manufactured house to a luxuriously cozy home sweet home!
